At COTTONINK, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Log in to your COTTONINK account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original condition with tags attached and place them back in the original packaging along with the return form.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point or schedule a pickup using the pre-paid shipping label provided in your account.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
